Mistakes can happen - what do you learn from it?
One thing that I need to do urgently. I need to clean up and update my different drives: internal harddrives, external hard disks, thumbdrives etc.
I realised that over time, stuff happens to duplicate and in the end, I have a similar folder on different drives and cannot realise easily which folder is the most updated one and which file can be deleted.
This is crucial, I guess.
I just realised that when I send a proposal to a great potential client and instead of sending the newest version, that was nicely formatted and prepared, I actually sent an older one.
Okay, okay, okay - I admit to the mistake and it is unforgivable. Lucky for me, the company and my partner is very forgiving. I remember earlier cases in which I wasn't involved, when a potential client became totally upset when something was sent wrongly. Understandable, of course.
Asia Mind Dynamics is in the business of consulting, training and coaching. Companies and individuals. I work with the mind, and change behaviours fast. In this sense, I have my own performance standards. I am still learning, of course, but it is extremely crucial and important for me to recognise mistakes early, and rectify them before a client gets his or her handle on this.
A client doesn't care what happens in an organisation, they want to see the best results - and usually get it with Asia Mind Dynamics. Still, every now and then, something will go wrong and I am learning from it. That is what I learnt from NLP or Neuro Linguistic Programming. To keep my learning senses open, any time, any where - because, there is no failure only feedback. And to work with the best people and the most exciting organisations in town, country and region.
