Completion of the Certified NLP Practitioner
Done. This was one very successfup practitioner course. Sure, in the end, there were only 6 participants, but I was so happy with the outcome, because all of them, and I am serious, got the learning.
Serious learning. With fun and entertainment, commitment and energy.
It was one great course, and I am going to post pictures soon. There were so many laughters, when things just turned out funny.
Like in one exercise called the Swish Patter. It is an intervention that replaces one negative behaviour with a positive one. The "overlap" so to speak is done fast and by "shouting" Swish as an accompanying and supporting expression. The participant, who played the practitioner and worked with another practitioner as a client instead of "Swish" shouted first "Switch" and then "Squid", accidentally. The exercise worked and in fact, it was even better, because humour went along.
The best, always, is, when those participants that "play" the client, really get learnings, and finally cannot find the old negative behaviour but then find the positive replacement only.
"It is like - there was something, but was it once again?" Faces frowning - "I cannot - all I get is some positive thought!!"
Magnificent.
So now, there are 6 additional NLP Practitioner from Asia Mind Dynamics on the road, and they really rock the world, because, I have to say that they are the sort of participants that I really want. Determined, dedicated and really committed. Are you?
