My NLP Certification training has started

Have you wondered why this blog has been so quiet recently? Well, there is a reason for it, and this reason is obvious, if you have followed the blog entries.

Since last Thursday, I am busy with my NLP Certification program. Yep, Asia Mind Dynamics is on the roll. But not only me, because honestly, I am just the facilitator.

We, at one stage, had 10 participants but some had to pull out, sadly, and some had to postpone it to the next round in November.

So we are left with 6 participants, but I tell you, these guys get it. When I say that Asia Mind Dynamics rocks, then these guys roll.

We have a participants from HR, from Marketing, a doctor, a "fresh graduate" (I can reveal that one!), someone from the tech industry and a guy who runs an education center.

There are lots of laughters, discussions, question and answer sessions and real good exercises. For all of them, I dare to say, there is some kind of revelation. Already, on the second day, were tears and insights. Now we are at the section related to submodalities. Ha - I love that stuff. What are submodalities? Well, they are the stuff that make up modalities. Dude, I am not clear. Okay - think of the first house you lived in. Did you get a picture? Was it a colourful picture, or one that is black and white? Was the picture near or far away? Now, these are the submodalities, and they are the difference that make a difference.

Any time, I talk to participants about submodalities, it is like - wow, I didn't know that there is a difference in the pictures in my mind. Hey - it is the way your brain or mind codes events, or things in your life. It is the result of all that is happening around you!!

So this is powerful.
