Why is the NLP Certified Practitioner course 10 days?
Hey, 10 days is a long time for a training, right? And so really inconvenient, isn't it?
No, don't agree with me, not this time, mah.
Because there are real reasons behind a 10 day program, in fact, there are 8 reasons altogether:
1.) NLP is a huge field and while the NLP Certified Practitioner training is the same in all schools there are differences that we highlight in our training;
2.) We don't just give you a certification that you are a NLP Certified Practitioner. We in fact, give you a new life, with a new YOU coming out of the training. It is not without purpose that we ask you in our brochure and an earlier entry to this blog, if you are serious about change and success!!!
3.) We want to make sure you get a full understanding of NLP. NLP is beautiful, it is life enhancing, it is astonishing what you will discover. Now, we want to make sure that when you come out of this training, you can talk NLP, live NLP, and fully understand NLP as a new beautiful YOU;
4.) You are a teacher, trainer, coach, counsellor, parent, housewife or - man, a boss, or an executive or whatever. When you get out of this training, your relationship with others around you will blossom magnificently;
5.) You meet different people in our training. And you work with them throughout the training on different life experiences of you. Subsequently, you get to know each other, and as you open up to each other, you become friends for life. Promise. The people you meet in our training are as close-knitted as if they have met you the moment you are born,
6.) We don't rush through the training. Because we know that you come to us for a reason with your own reason, we want to know more about you. If we rush you, we might miss out on some of the details of your brilliant personality;
7.) There are plenty of different techniques for individual exercises. How would it be to know more than one way of doing things? NLP is about flexibility, and we sure want to make sure that you become flexible;
8.) When I was in Melaka as facilitator for a training in NLP, I initially did not know what to expect. The trainer was new to me, and he comes from a different school. During the exercises, many participants came to me to ask for more details, and how-to-do's. I was thrown into the cold water and then, wonderfully, my own knowledge came back in ease. I knew what I knew and it was good. Why was that so? I attribute a lot to the trainer that taught me NLP. He knew how to make things happen, he trained me and others intensively for 12 days and boy, we did get good in what we did. And that is what I want you to achieve as well. That even when you would never use NLP techniques for another 5 years or so (if you should really decide that!!!!), it will just be there when you need it.
So please, I understand that 10 days of training is long. The result is rewarding, so, considering all these great 8 reasons above!
