Let's be honest - why should you train with me?

Well, this is a tough topic, and I hope that I am clear about what my differentiators to my competitors are.

First of all - are there any competitors? Sure there are, plenty. Just open The Star on a Wednesday morning and plenty of organisations offer their training courses, and, increasingly, NLP courses as well. Overall, I believe that we are all growing the market in Malaysia and that it really is worthwhile to create the awareness about the beauty of NLP.

Still, why should you train with me?

I believe that my experience is a great differentiator. Who else in the NLP community in Malaysia has worked in one of the most prestigeous HR consulting companies that there are? I also had a great time to work with, prepare and lead the Best Employers in Asia study in Malaysia and Asia. This year, well, they are going without me.

Next, I have the professional experience to lead a great team to greater heights by turning around a "close to loss making projects" for one of the leading market research companies and increased the profit margin of the project, increased the overal scope of the project and engaged the involved team of the project. It was hard but fun!

I also worked at the Prime Minister's Department in Malaysia, when I came to Malaysia, was in Singapore, and worked in Indonesia until the country collapsed (not my fault, okay!!!!!).

And, I read and read and read - still, despite all the "pressure on me" in the preparation period. Now, why do you think I believe that this is important? Because, well, while the "general manual" for the training is ready - I will add in a lot material that comes from the business background, and material that comes from the science scene and is about the neuro-body-business connection.

So I actualise the training - and THAT is important. No way, that this will be a dry training, only focussing on the techniques, but really, it is about the real life applications of NLP and how you can use NLP in all facettes of your life.

This, together with my passion for the topic, knowledge about industries, business, global landscape, history, and the great ability to connect the dots makes me an outstanding trainer.
