Recommendation for cleaning up beliefs
It is always nice to get a recommendation or testimonial from those that I work with. Even so it is not me who is doing the "work" as basically, I am only asking guiding questions during coaching interventions. It is the client who is doing the "real job" by re-discovering hidden pathways and resources in their subconscious mind.
It is amazing what "stuff" we cover up in us - negative thoughts, and limited beliefs and limiting decisions in the past - , things that we forgot and that hold us back time after time after time. It is so incredibly important to clean up after yourself, in your past, get rid of those past negative emotions and decisions to allow a more fruitful living. To get rid of beliefs that just handicap us even so we are not aware of them. And this just because those beliefs have been formed when we were way, way younger at a time, when we as children simply believed what we were told and/ or we did not have the strength to push back.
To give you examples about what we tell our children (and I heard this before when parents scolded their children) or what they can hear and read:
"You will never amount to anyone"
"You are useless"
"You are lazy"
"You are a no-good"
"If you spend your money like that, you will never be rich"
"This is too risky, don't do it"
"Work hard"
"Life is hard"
"Man are bad"
"Women are out to get your money"
"Finish your food"
and so on and so on.......
Sounds familiar? Well, just image that children simply believe you because - you are an adult, a grown-up, you should know. Their mind absorbs these messages and boom - a handicapping, a belief has been formed.
Is it a positive or a negative one? You decide, but hey - one thing to think about. However much you earn now, in this current moment, is the result of your own thoughts, limitations and actions in the past.
Sorry, I degress:
Here the recommendation that I wrote about:
"I have worked with Andreas twice now and have achieved excellent results in both sets of sessions. My prioritisation and time keeping has improved as a result of one session. The other sessions involved resolution of a problem that had been ‘holding me back’ with regard to my attitude to money and finances. I’m delighted to say that my finances are now firmly on track and I know that Andreas’ sessions have helped me to achieve this.
I would have no hesitation in recommending Andreas’ services to anyone either in a business or personal context. Andreas is a firm yet fun consultant to work with and is dedicated to achieving a high level of results with his clients."
