The training outcome of last Saturday

Honestly, training is fun. It is amazing. Amazing to participate as a trainer, in the transformation of the participants. Transforming to their magnificent self.

It is fun to see how participants get engaged. In the exercises, and in the questions they show during the presentation.

To see how "they get it", after the explanation has been made. How they are trying on a new coat, and then, suddenly, have the breakthrough. Something that shifts inside of them.

WoW!

The training last Saturday didn't exactly focus 100% on goals. Because on the way to achieve goals, one needs to involve other parties around him or her.

What did we talk about?

- The structure of the subconscious mind;
- Rapport building and how people process information. It is amazing to see how people process information and how it shows in their body. They receive some statement, challenging and provoking, and you can see it working in them. In their face, their colour, the whole body shifts. With your own flexibility, you then can finetune your message;
- Language structure and how people delete information from what they are saying. Filtering major parts out and assume that others understand
- How to manage your state of mind and how to create resourceful states. Anytime, anywhere
- Goal setting and how to put a goal into your future. Creation of future memories
- Visualisation and how strong the mind can be if you put it to use

I like it to see how people, participants, individuals really, really transform. They come into a training as curious individuals and then, come out of it and will never be the same. In a training with NLP, this is happening. While "normal" trainings that don't usually utilise hypnotic language don't really touch the subconscious mind or do so without purpose.

Hah - I love trainings!!

I will post some pictures soon!
