Pictures from the Goal Setting Training
Some pictures from last Saturday's training, together with a few words of explanation.
Success is an attitude. There is nothing to hold you back if you know how (hey - that is the secret, that I am going to share). But it starts with the right attitude in your mind and in your body. However, the best plans don't work if you only sit in a restaurant and talk about it with friends or relatives (or your bankers). What you need to do is to take actions, actions, actions. Sure, things might not always go right, but then, if they don't, well, you know what to change. What great learning? And when do you realise that things don't get right? Well, you have to be able to observe others. The changes that they exhibit in their language, body, and face. Minute changes, such as the change in the colour of their face - easy to observe when you talk to Europeans (hey - we are getting red in our face, and plae, and all that!), but more difficult when you talk to different ethnic groups. But then, there is more - what about the lips: they tend to change, when you change your thoughts. have you ever observed someones lips when he or she got angry? Ha - you know and that is what I mean!

Learning should be fun. That is why the training was filled with laughter and fun and plenty of exercises that streches participants. Stretches them beyond their comfort zone in a fun way. That is the way how children learn and we as adults forget about it so often - we should also have more fun when we learn.

We all have our own individual way of processing information. And a way of how we show our internal processing information to the outside world. Our mind is working that way, that's the way it is. Those of you who read this blog regularly know that the conscious mind is not able to process many bits of information at the same time. It is just not able to hold onto more, before the subconscious mind is coming out (from its hiding?) to see, what is going on. So, what happens if you have an overflow of information? Basically, your subconscious mind comes forward and checks out what is happening. This is then the time when a subconscious command can be easily embedded. This then can be commands that are not your preferred system and those that are matching your preferred system - basically, getting the commands in at all levels. And if these commands come from all sides, your subconscious mind overflows. Now, the beauty is that you can do this game with commands that you like to hear, feel or see. Like your goals. Imagine you can hear someone mentioning how you achieve your goals and how great you are, and all this goes into your subsconscious mind, straight away, and without resistance? How great it makes you feel, and the state it generates in inside of you? The beauty then is that it really is embedded in your subconscious mind and hey - your subconscious mind wants to achieve this goal. And this is what we did here, in this exercise! I have been exposed to this sensory overflow many times and it makes you feel real good, and it works.

The mind is strong and the mind can move the body. Very often, our mind is limited by what we are thinking and believing. How powerful is it when you can actually see how magic the subconscious mind is? How much you can direct it towards your goals? Have you ever heard the saying - "you have to put your mind to it?" What does it mean? Well, easy - when you put your mind to it, when you focus, chances that you succeed are much higher.

I saw people transform in this training last Saturday. They started the journey and I know that they got it. I helped them along with fun, with learning and plenty of hypnotic language to assist the learning on the conscious and unconscious level. Because, without the participation of and the integration in the unconscious mind, there will be no learning.
