NLP - the way of Asia Mind Dynamics

NLP has been defined as the “Art and Science of Personal Excellence” –this is the shortest and most succinct definition that I found.

Others call it the “Structure of Subjective Experience”. Different people give different meanings to the same event, what happens since all experiences and events are filtered by us through our own values and beliefs system. How we react to events is thus based on how our own mental system has learnt to filter, process and respond to these events.

We often wonder why it is possible that in one situatio, we perform so very well, while in a similar situation, we simply cannot get the traction we need. I mean, it was a very similar situation, but then, sometimes, something stops us. Can it be that we have something in or on our mind that holds us back?

NLP’s tools and processes assist individuals and companies to create awareness and create more choice in their environment. Its aim is to help you discover and explore your own potential and help to create success – or, even help you to create your future. It does so by helping you to explore your own internal structure, beliefs and values and to to recreate experiences from different points of view.

If you, for example, lack the confidence to face a situation, NLP helps you to discover “confidence” in you. Through a simple process it creates the anchor that you be “confident” whenever you want.

In short, it helps you to discover your internal ways of doing things - your strength and weakness and how you are going about it. If it is possible to recreate positive experiences and feelings in you, then you can create the WoW in your Life - anywhere, anytime.
