Speeding allowed
I found this picture over at Mr. Brown, a socalled most famous Singaporean blogger, who got it from Axe.
All you need are a couple of balloons, total ignorance for the rest of the traffic, and speed like some US Cruise Missiles are after you.
Aren't they?

Apparently, this was an ad stunt by some ad agency for a television channel in malaysia. The tagline is "non-action" .
