Cloned by Suziana

I am cloned by Suziana. Seriously. I am not sure if that should make me feel proud, but it is okay. Well, at least up to a limit and so far, she only cloned me twice.

She cloned my entries: Mr. Prime Minister, I agree and the one on American Idol and the Malaysian Participation.

Here are her respective entries: Mr. Prime Minister, I agree!!! and the one on the American Idol.

Word for word citations. No worries, I am not mad. May be the world becomes a better WoW when we all live up to the WoW. It is my opinion, nevertheless that improvements are only made if one takes the original, and improves or build upon, amends, enhances, changes, even criticises it (really? ciriticising me??? hehe). This is what makes blogging great. We all build on each others' ideas.

Tell me, Suziana, what are your reasons to clone me?

Andreas, I just need your personal opinion. I don't know if I've become more cynical/skeptical about people but I've heard so many excuses about plagiarism that I just don't know what to make of people who 'unintentionally' do it and excuse it to many reasons like "I forgot/don't remember" or "I didn't know"...talking about my students and not particularly anyone. I tend to be more skeptical and less apologetic like Sashi. Am I wrong in thinking like that?

My apologies if I've jumped the gun here.

Suziana, That is what I thought. I just wanted to know what is your motivation behind the duplication. I don't want to "force" you to delete the entries - you like it, you keep it, okay? May be you should just link to me, that is okay.

To all the others: Thanks for your support. It has been shown, however, that it is crucial to first find out the motivation behind someones intention, before "judging".

Sorry...didn't mean to clone your article. When I was browsing the net the other day, I found your interesting article and I truly agree with the article. So I just copy and paste it in my blog as I'm quite in a hurry that time...thought I would add in additional comments and what not..but hey, I totally forgot about it since I posted it. Don't worry I've already deleted that entry from my blog...ppl tend to forget, right? But my intention was to share with ppl about that article and not to proudly say that's it's my idea. Sorry again...didn't mean that at all..Please don't misunderstood.

cheers,

suziana

*sigh*.

I don't know what's worse - that you've been plagiarised, or that things like this just don't surprise me anymore.

It stinks of plagiarism. That's what it really is - and she's not even a student but a working adult. Gack!

Is that an indication of 'celebrity' blogger status? LOL! I know Dr. Liew had been cloned too. Now, who wants to clone me?

BTW, Andreas, good news. The moms delivered the gifts yesterday and they had more surpluses. So, they gave it to the labour wards, women who just delivered babies and maternity wards, practically ALL mothers. There were 174 packages and still there is enough left for some staffs of UMMC. I am waiting for the photos from the ladies so that I can put this up. And yes, there will be enough parcels left for the shelter homes too.
